Introducing Naglee Park Picks

One of the great benefits of the CCA email list is how easily neighbors can ask for recommendations. Someone needs a plumber, a handyman, a dentist, or a landscaper, and within hours helpful replies start rolling in. Just as often, neighbors proactively share great experiences with local businesses they’ve discovered.

Those conversations are incredibly valuable — but they also get buried in long email threads or become hard to find later.

So I decided to build something simple: Naglee Park Picks, a small website where neighbors can share and discover trusted local recommendations.

A Private Community Resource

Naglee Park Picks is invite-only. The site is not open to the general public. To join, you must be invited by a neighbor who already belongs.

This helps keep the community trustworthy. Recommendations come from people you know — or from neighbors connected through someone you know.

How It Works

Members can:

• Browse local business recommendations from neighbors
• Add their own recommendations
• +1 (endorse) businesses others have recommended
• Leave comments to share experiences, additional tips, or cautionary notes

The goal is to build a shared resource of trusted local businesses.

Inviting Neighbors

When you join the site, you will receive 10 invitation codes that you can share with neighbors you personally know.

Those codes allow someone to register on the website.

Please only invite people who live in or very near Naglee Park. The purpose of the site is to help neighbors find trusted local services — not to build a large public directory.

Once you receive an invitation code from a neighbor, you can register at https://npp.jmwhite.me. Note: It’s not a password. Click on the “Register” link.
