Street Parking Permits

Naglee Park is part of San José’s University Residential Permit Parking (RPP) area. A two-year “University” parking permit is required to park on neighborhood streets during permit-enforcement hours.

Residents can purchase permits for their own vehicles, as well as up to two guest permits that can be reassigned to visiting vehicles as needed. There is a fee for each permit.

You can apply for and manage permits through the City’s parking permit portal.

Suggestion: If you normally park your car in your garage or driveway, consider using a guest permit instead of assigning a regular permit to your vehicle. That gives you the flexibility to reassign the permit to a visitor when needed.
