• Coyote Creek Flood Control
  Coyote Creek borders the eastern edge of Naglee Park. In 2009, CCA presented our opinion on proposed flood control to the Santa Clara Valley Water District.

  The development of the San Jose Medical Center property and the expansion of the Regional Medical Center affect Naglee Park residents. CCA has presented our opinions to the San Jose City Council and the San Jose Planning Department.

• Zoning Changes 
  CCA has advocated for the protection of the historic and residential nature of Naglee Park, addressing zoning changes that would adversely affect the quality of life in our neighborhood.
