Election Process
Members of the CCA Board of Directors are elected each November during the CCA general meeting. Members serve one year terms that begin in early December.
Candidates for election must be CCA resident members in good standing. The nominating committee will consider and recommend candidates based on the following criteria:
- Interest and willingness to serve
- Ability to regularly attend scheduled meetings
- Familiarity with the CCA and community issues
- Demonstrated ability and commitment
- Experience with CCA projects or committees
Timeline
Candidate Statements due Sept 30.
Ballots mailed out to members after Oct 15
Ballots due on or before Nov 20
Early December: election final, new board in place.
CCA Board of Directors Meeting
The CCA Board of Directors meeting is generally held on the second Wednesday of every month from 6:30 to 8:00 pm via Zoom. Occasionally meetings may be rescheduled,heck the minutes of the previous month’s meeting for any changes. All CCA members in good standing are welcome to attend.
